The International Dairy Foods Association hosts its annual Ice Cream & Cultured Innovation Conference next week, from Tuesday, April 14 to Wednesday, April 15 in Naples, Florida. The annual two-day networking event is a key symposium for those in the dairy foods industry, attracting purveyors of ice cream, frozen desserts, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream and related cultured dairy products. In addition to informational sessions and roundtable discussions, the conference features expert speakers, product tastings, flavor competitions and regulatory updates.
