For the last quarter of 2012 here are some of the flavor trends that we have noticed.
The Top 10 Flavors Sampled for the quarter:

Rising Trends:These are flavors that have been increasing in popularity and include Peach Cobbler, Cinnamon Bun, Cream Soda, Burnt Sugar, Cucumber, Chipotle, Wine (Red & White), Rum Raisin, Ginger, Creme Brule, and Black Currant. These are flavors that have been requested for a variety of different applications like frozen desserts, baked goods, confections, beverages, and nutraceutical products.

Great job Melissah, really enjoyed looking at the website after a very long time. Tell Mr. Plennert he has some of his dates wrong on the history section. If you really want to know just let me know…..We both started working at Weber when we were in grammar school pressing fruit on saturdays to make sure Marshall Fields got Raspberry Flavor for their frozen ice and ice cream. (as well as peppermint for Frango Mints,,,yes Weber Flavors sold them back then)…Ask Mr. Plennert if he remembers where our fruit press that Bogdan still uses came from….I will tell you..”Mr. Frank Wagner” Wagner Orange Juice……..It only took me an hour to remember…keep up the good work and give my best to the team….Marty
