Rising Trends:These are flavors that have been increasing in popularity and include Baklava, Brownie/Brownie Batter, Carrot Cake, Chai Tea, Champagne, Cola, Cucumber/Cucumber-Lime, Guava, Hibiscus, Lemongrass-Basil, and Rum Raisin. These are flavors that have been requested for a variety of different applications like frozen desserts, baked goods, confections, beverages, and nutraceutical products.
