How long have you worked in the food industry and what led to you selling flavors? How long have you worked for Weber Flavors?

I have been in the food and beverage industry since 2012 and came back full circle at Weber. Weber was my first job in the industry as a sample coordinator and working with flavor applications. This is where my passion for flavors started. I admire the technical aspect and artistry. My first run was for a few years in R&D and I’ve now been back for a year at Weber in sales.

What is your favorite part of the territory you cover?

I love representing the Midwest and our HQ! My favorite part is genuinely helping our customers with flavor solutions, whether it be innovation, cost savings, supply or technical. Weber has the ability to stay nimble with superior customer service and quality, all while meeting regulatory parameters. The workflow is streamlined, allowing me to have time to connect with my customers.

What’s one fun fact you wish your customers knew about you?

I come from a big family. I’m the youngest of six so you can imagine what I was able to get away with, although my parents made it seem easy with three sons and three daughters.

If you could describe your personality as a flavor, what would it be and why?

Pina Colada: tropical, sunny, fun. Familiar, but with some bright tart notes.

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Coconut, anything with coconut. The fresh kind, creamy.
