How long have you worked in the food industry and what led to you selling flavors? How long have you worked for Weber Flavors?

I have been in the food industry for over 50 years. I worked for a grocery chain while in high school. The grocery chain was purchased by a company in Texas, I was offered a job in Dallas – later I was offered a job in Houston, which I declined. Then I worked for a food broker, I fell in love with the “magic of flavors” and I have been working for Weber Flavors for 24 years!

What is your favorite part of the territory you cover?

My amazing customers!!

What’s one fun fact you wish your customers knew about you?

I once was incredibly shy and quiet.

If you could describe your personality as a flavor, what would it be and why?

Passionfruit, I am passionate about the company, flavors and helping customers find the perfect flavor for their product(s).

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Vanilla.
