Rising Trends:These are flavors that have been increasing in popularity and include Acai, Amaretto, Bacon, Burnt Sugar, Cantaloupe, Cucumber/Cucumber Lime, Lavender, Malted Milk, Peanut Butter, Popcorn/Buttered Popcorn/Caramel Corn, Pretze, and Tangerine. These are flavors that have been requested for a variety of different applications like frozen desserts, baked goods, confections, beverages, and nutraceutical products.
