The development of new
flavors is
an ongoing effort at Edgar A. Weber & Company. Creative blending of the
highest quality ingredients available, as well as proprietary processing
techniques and the most technologically advanced laboratory analyzing equipment
allows us to develop unique flavors for our customers' application needs.
Capabilities
Within our laboratory, we have a full test kitchen where
our application technologists test our flavors in a full array of applications
from baking to beverages to frozen desserts. As a service to our
customers, we can assist them in determining which flavor works best in their
particular application. With such an extensive flavor and vanilla
laboratory at our fingertips, many times we will have a product available "off
shelf". However, if a custom made product is necessary, our flavor
chemists will contribute their expertise.
