Weber Flavors, home of the original Petran® Products Chocolate Flavored Dairy Powders, also custom blends cocoas for the food and dairy industry.  A wide variety of custom-stabilized products for the manufacture of chocolate milk is available, as well as bases for producing fudge frozen novelty Bars and deli-style puddings. 

Chocolate Flavored Powders for HTST, UHT, ESL or Vat Pasteurized milk come in a wide range of formulations:  from premium 13 pound formulas to economical 4 pound formulas and all ranges in between.  Chocolate Flavored Malt and Shake Powders are also available.  All are designed for processing through HTST, UHT or ESL equipment.

After a review of your processing information, we will custom-stabilize the product to reduce the possibility of separation or dusting.
